What a top day off !!! a bike ride with Mag and breakfast out in the morning and then with the onshore breeze abit of a sail in the afternoon :) With 13 + mph on the gauge I thought there might just be enough with the 7.5 but to be far was under most of the time :( You could get up on the plan just in the open sea but it was a struggle and the sea in the river mouth was wild !!! So after several runs came ashore for a refreshment break and a read of my book !!! then 6 kiters were up and running in the river, so I wobbled over and had some flat water gybing practice in the R.Deben with the kitesurfers but this was knackering as it was only 200m wide and it was only the force of the out going tide against the wind allowing you to plan !!! but good fun all the same and not bad times for such light winds :)
